We have chosen to work with eAssist. If you have a billing question, we ask you to call Shirley at eAssist. Her number is 425-689-3303. When you call this number, please leave her a message with your full name and phone number along with your question. You will receive a call back with in 48 hours. This will allow Shirley time to properly research your question and provide you with an answer. You may also receive calls from eAssist as they help process your dental claims. Please be sure to update us with any changes in your dental insurance, employer, address, phone numbers or email. This will speed up and prevent delays in receiving your dental benefits.

I would like to take this opportunity to share with you the news that Patti is retiring from our dental office.

As you are probably well aware Patti has been a dedicated and valuable member of our team for over 22 years. With grace and kindness, Patti was an important part of guiding and helping us through the difficult world of insurance and finance.

While we are sad to see her go, we wish her the best in her future endeavors as a full-time gardener and grandmother.

Work environment?
- Supportive dentist, single column schedule, one hour prophys , 2 hours for 2 quads, Initial exam one hour with exam and FMX only. Patients will be rescheduled for SC/RP, as they need to understand the importance of the care we are recommending.
- Paper charts and digital x-rays. Perio charting is done out loud so the patient understands their numbers with the help of auxiliary staff.
- Updated equipment kept in working order.
- Dr Walters is raising and training a service puppy who joins us each day!

A reminder to our wonderful patients what to do if you have a scheduled appointment with us and we experience a snow event in the coming days. Our office policy is to follow the Bellevue School District's snow closure policy. This year due to Covid things have changed a little. If elementary "In Person" learning is cancelled due to snow, our office will also be closed. We will be closely watching the news and weather and will reach out to all scheduled patients if we need to cancel. Thanks!
