Hey friends, sharing a life update and some clarity, because I know I’ve posted a few different things lately.

Since moving back to Houston, I’ve been settling into a new rhythm. Some of you saw my recent modeling photos uh yup, I’ve opened myself back up to creative projects because they genuinely light me up. But my core work and my mission haven’t changed.

I’m now the General Manager at The Vital Stretch Tanglewood, which keeps me deeply connected to what I love most: helping people feel their best and radical, positive transformation.

But I also realized something important and that is I’m meant to help people in a deeper, more comprehensive way. And I really miss my coaching clients!!

So here’s the update:
