📊 Did you know? According to HHS data, most Americans don’t meet the minimum activity requirements (PAGA) for adults and older adults. Let’s change that together!

1. Grab a wearable device or pedometer
2. Download a free “StepUp” app
3. Get the app & tap the link again to join:

4. Commit to 5–6 days/week of movement
Pick your level:
• 🥇 Level 1: 15K steps/day
• 🥈 Level 2: 12K steps/day
• 🥉 Level 3: 10K steps/day
• 💪 Level 4: 5K steps/day
