Are you going through a tough time and need someone to talk to? Our counseling interns are currently offering free (pro bono) sessions as part of their clinical training, and we’re looking for individuals who are open to receiving support while helping the next generation of counselors grow.

We are taking donations for an amazing place that does great work in the community The Health and Wellness Center! Here are some of their needs for this season
Body wash / soap (the 3 in 1 is perfect for the men, the females love the smell good kind)
Shampoo / Conditioner (for the females)
Toothpaste (any kind)
Deodorant (men & women)
Ponytail holders
Lotion
Notebooks (without the metal spiral binding)
Snack cakes and drink mixes (this is a want more than a need, but they love when we show up with snacks!) 🙂
