🧡 Happy Occupational Therapy Month! 🧡

This April, we’re celebrating the amazing work of our pediatric Occupational Therapists and the life-changing support they provide to children and families every day.

Pediatric OTs help children build the skills they need for everyday life—through play, creativity, and connection. They support areas such as:
✨ Fine motor skills (like handwriting or using utensils)
✨ Sensory processing and regulation
✨ Self-care skills (dressing, brushing teeth, etc.)
✨ Motor planning and coordination
✨ Emotional regulation and social participation

Every session is personalized to meet each child where they’re at, helping them grow in confidence, independence, and joy!

Welcome to Little Peas Speech Therapy

Little Peas Speech Therapy is a Pediatric Speech and Language Therapy clinic located in Beaverton, Oregon. We are dedicated to providing effective and compassionate therapy services to children and their families. We first complete comprehensive evaluations in order to identify delays and deficits. We then create a therapy plan with individualized and functional goals.

We believe that parents and caregivers are an integral part of the speech therapy process. Each therapy plan includes education and training so families can facilitate progress towards goals at home beyond the therapy session.

We specialize in the assessment and treatment of articulation/speech sound disorders, "late talking toddlers", early language development (birth to 5 years), stuttering, apraxia of speech, social communication/pragmatics, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and elementary/middle school age language development (5 to 14 years). We also offer consultations and speech & language screenings for child care settings, preschools, and private schools in Beaverton and NW Portland.

Our Mission: To provide effective, family-centered speech therapy services to children, in order to help them grow, achieve functional goals and expand their communication skills.
