May Thoughts Rise

The awakened soul, freed from the rational minds control has reached the purity of the vessel, our focus our goal in life. Though rarely achieved, it is our loftiest goal, the only selfish motive we are permitted.

What makes this journey so difficult is that vessel, that personality, driven and commanded by the faulty patterns built by the unaware self-conscious mind in our lifetime. Our subconscious willingly does its job creating whatever our self-conscious mind feeds it, its only goal is to serve our higher conscious mind, that part of us that is connected beyond, the true essence of who we are. It does its job flawlessly, knowing that one day we will have no choice but to see truth.

How long we struggle to awaken using our rational mind, a tool we are gifted with, yet a tool that is dangerous when used without understanding, a tool that is the tool of self-absorption when used by the un-awakened. The un-awakened rationalize and justify the events happening in their life, unaware that their thoughts are preceded by a feeling triggering a pattern within the subconscious mind creating the endless loop upon the hamster wheel of life.

How often we wander through life interacting with others in a transactional way, our rational minds feeding each other’s triggering group mind consciousness, which can only guides us further away from the truth of our Self. When we live this way we are living in pure selfishness.

The key to the journey, as all spiritual aspirants are told, is “to be”, yet “to be” is rationalized and justified by so many into their anthropomorphized version of their limiting beliefs. Awakening is the ultimate connection to love and leaves you in the depths of feeling, feeling at a level you cannot fathom, that shatters the illusion of all that this life means to you and to get there it means you must be an observer of the feelings and thoughts as they enter and discern their source, hence being able to redirect the choice you make in that moment.

This is what is meant by “thoughts rise”, eventually the layers of illusion fall away and truth unfolds within…only freedom can follow.

What can I say about Rose? She is wonderful!! I came to see Rose in a very anxious and heavy place. I was grieving my mother,'s death , my whole body ached. I had had a devastating eye surgery that left me blind in my left eye and thinking I had only one eye to rely on was scary. I wasn't sleeping. I was unmotivated and emotionally beat down. I figured i would go the hypnosis route. I myself am a Reiki Master, Energy Healer and RN. I knew I needed guidance but had a tough time finding a therapist. The moment Rose and I spoke I knew this was the right step.

Past Life Regression Therapy

So many spiritual seekers are drawn to this work, some from curiosity, others from the perspective of blockages that don’t seem to be explained by this lifetime’s story. For many the notion of a past life challenges their belief systems and defies the logic of their minds, yet I remind those individuals that 2/3’s of the worlds populations belief systems includes a belief in past life. For me, it has been a journey.

When the notion of past lives was first introduced to me, it was a fanciful notion in my early years, the curiosity of the personality wanting to know who I might have been was filled with innocence and lack of awareness about the mystical and spiritual understanding of what a past life might reveal or teach you. Then, as I progressed in my philosophical and spiritual growth, I learned about the soul and its journey through many life times, both the many life times (transition points) of this current existence, as well as the potential past lives we may have lived. All death and birth are nothing but transitions…I struggled with this understanding, reading the cautions from exoteric religious fear and even from some esoteric understanding, as well as the perspective and caution about exploring for the sake of exploring.

Today, I sit here, many years later, with much training and understanding as a Holistic Therapist that does repatterning of childhood trauma, hypnosis, coaching and many forms of metaphysical healing. Through this learning and growth period I was forced to deal with past life experiences for my clients, for many times these experiences would come up as I repatterned childhood trauma. What I came away from those experiences with, was that it mattered not whether the client believed or didn’t believe, but that the powerful Subconscious mind of the individual was shaping imagery that categorically tied back to a blocked pattern. When I would give this perspective to my client in that setting, it helped them detach from their limited belief system and embrace whatever the message was, and remarkably huge healing shifts would occur.

For me, my own personal experiences with past life regression have been truly remarkable and unexplainable through traditional exoteric paths. The experiences were real, detailed and specific, to the point where evidential research was discoverable and verifiable…experiences that did not exist in the recesses of my mind in this life time. Those very experiences have shifted and shaped the person I am today.

As I write this article, reflecting back on my week’s experience at Omega Institute, with Dr. Brian Weiss, a highly respected, educated and trained psychiatrist, I realize how much further my journey has to go in my own life. Past Life Regression is not for everyone, but if you have a block that has defied logic and caused you much distress, it is very possible it is attached to a pattern brought through from another time. As none of us knows for sure the truth of all life, exploring these potentials in a safe grounded environment is what is needed, remembering that doing past life regression is not a guarantee of an experience, sometimes the regression reveals root cause in this life time, sometimes your higher consciousness will simply guide you to the solution or healing needed, but in the end it always serves you.

I never expected to have the experiences I had with Dr. Brian Weiss, nor did I expect that I would be sitting in the presence of such a wise sage who could not only touch your heart but open it further. If you feel you have a block, then perhaps you should explore this method of transmutation.

Beliefs

Examine carefully the nature of your beliefs for they shape your life. There is not one thing that exists in your life that has not been created by them. The law of “cause and effect” has deep and broad impact. When we carefully examine our lives, we can see the causality of what life brings about. This is not a philosophical concept, but a concept proven by science. We are magnets created by the patterns of our thoughts and feelings. What you think and feel, you breathe into your essence and create. If out of balance, eventually it will wreak havoc, if in balance it will reap the beauty it sows.

Do you know what hypnosis is?

It is a state of trance, not unlike the state you spend the bulk of your life in. It is what happens when your mind drifts away, daydreams or triggered into a thought about something just mentioned and while you consciously focus upon it, another part of the mind, your subconscious mind takes over. An example, you are driving to a destination you have been to many times, your mind safely drifts into thoughts of things you have to do and other focuses going on in your mind. When this happens, your subconscious is what takes over and drives your vehicle. Your subconscious has access to everything you ever learned and can execute the program within your mind for doing whatever is necessary to keep you safe, while that conscious mind drifts away. A hypnotist utilizes this state of mind, this trance state, to safely guide new, healthier pattern responses into the subconscious to change the inner resource program the mind accesses in certain situations. And it is safe and highly effective!

Human Will and Imagination

When human will and the power of imagination that humanity has been gifted with, are focused and driven without understanding of our minds power, we create the demons of our life. Unaware that our underpinning fears are creating the demons that possess us, we become what a horror show would depict as the walking dead. Instead of focusing on the greatest power we have, the power of divine love, we allow the notion of human everyday love that has stipulations tied to our fears that without proper reasoning causes us to take away our love that sets off a cycle of events that disrupts our world in ways we cannot imagine. This is the cause of our world today: major atrocities, genocide, global warming and climate change, extreme poverty, pandemics and the conscienceless way humans ignore the suffering of others, even justifying the harm. The cataclysmic set of world events documented throughout history and the major shifts caused by nature, forcing humanity to have to pull together, are the rhythm of time, or what students often hear me refer to as the pendulum swing. You must understand that the unconditional Divine Love that runs our world, can only be guided by compassionate detachment by humans with an understanding that it is our interconnectedness in this life that must be part of every thought and action we take otherwise dark times like what we are going through today will unfold. Every one of us is responsible for the times that unfold before our eyes. If you choose to ignore innocent people being murdered, starved to death, placed into the depths of poverty and fear, then you are directly liable for the outcome. It matters not that you do not know them, that they live in different location on the planet, you are responsible. You see, when we all focus our thoughts on our interconnectedness and make decisions based upon this Power of Love and not upon your pocket book or the little limited bubble of your life, then and only then, will the “pendulum swing” balance out and the progress of humanity move forward in the right direction. This is the goal of the concept of “right use of the power of imagination”, when you control your thoughts aligned with this power, the outcome is powerful.

This is the point of human suffering, every one of those souls that suffers is your gift to wake up and use this power properly…will you?

One Must Go Deep to Know Joy

Very few of us enjoy anything. We have very little joy in seeing the sunset, or the full moon, or a beautiful person, or a lovely tree, or a bird in flight, or a dance. We do not really enjoy anything. We look at it, we are superficially amused or excited by it, we have a sensation that we call joy. But enjoyment is something far deeper, which must be understood and gone into….

As we grow older, though we want to enjoy things, the best has gone out of us; we want to enjoy other kinds of sensations—passions, lust, power, position. These are all the normal things of life, though they are superficial; they are not to be condemned, not to be justified, but to be understood and given their right place. If you condemn them as being worthless, as being sensational, stupid, or unspiritual, you destroy the whole process of living …

To know joy one must go much deeper. Joy is not mere sensation. It requires extraordinary refinement of the mind, but not the refinement of the self that gathers more and more to itself. Such a self, such a man, can never understand this state of joy in which the enjoyer is not. One has to understand this extraordinary thing; otherwise, life becomes very small, petty, superficial—being born, learning a few things, suffering, bearing children, having responsibilities, earning money, having a little intellectual amusement and then to die.
