Breathing Dragon Yoga offers a variety of hot yoga classes ranging from Dragon Epic Classes (AKA Bikram/Original Hot Yoga/26+2) to Dragon Power Flow Classes (Vinyasa/Baptiste); from Hot HIIT Classes (High Intensity Interval Training) to Dragon Yin/Yang Classes. Our variety of classes complement one another, creating a whole body and mind cleanse every single time you step into the hot room! All classes provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. Through our various classes, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body, giving you an overall sense of well being without ever getting bored! All classes are performed in a room warmed to approximately 95 - 105 degrees (heat ranges depending on the class) and an average of 40% humidity. The heat and humidity warms our bodies allowing us better flexibility, preventing injuries, and providing detoxification through sweating, as toxins are flushed from the body. While it may feel uncomfortable initially, the heat only furthers the benefits of the postures and breathing techniques, as well as mental focus and clarity.
