If you don’t need in person doula care there is the virtual option. 24/7 text support and FaceTime is a great alternative. We can discuss your birth plan, breastfeeding issues, postpartum pain and sleep issues with your baby. Sometimes all you need is a listening ear and I can provide that for you! PDF cheat sheets are included as well as local resources and pediatrician options.

This is helpful in understanding how much your baby actually needs when feeding. It may not feel like they are getting enough, but they have tiny little bellies. Your baby will feed 8-12 times in a 24 hour period and have 3-4 stool and 6 wet diapers. Send me a message with any questions or schedule a prenatal visit with me!

I’m here to help you on whichever feeding journey you choose. If you are leaning towards formula feeding, there are quite a few things to know. Personally, I didn’t have a clue about the different options that come with formula and bottles before I had my son. After working in a pediatric office for years, I have gained the knowledge of most formulas and what to expect. I can help discuss these options with you at a prenatal counseling visit. It can be overwhelming! That’s where I can help!
