Over 162 million Americans suffer from chronic lifestyle-related diseases in the U.S. We believe that a major barrier to a solution is the difficulty a physician has in collaborating. It is key for optimal patient outcomes that a physician be able to easily collaborate with lifestyle health experts. Right now it is difficult for a physician to refer and communicate with registered dietitian nutritionists, fitness experts, behavior health specialists and others.

One of the SalusWell founders actually experienced this difficulty or lack in communication firsthand. He was amazed at how there was not a natural and easy transition from clinical physician patient care to lifestyle health care. The solution he and his partner came up with allows physicians together with patients and lifestyle health experts to manage their lifestyle, to achieve their health goals, feel better and truly enjoy their lives through food, activity and behavior modification.

We believe in the power of dietitians and physicians and other lifestyle health experts working together. We know patients need education and customized solutions on eating, activity and life management to transform their health.
