Indiana's Bureau of Disabilities Services recently proposed waiver amendments which would take effect at the end of 2025. One of the proposed amendments puts a cap of 6 hours per month on Music Therapy.

At Keys for Success, we strive to build community, provide opportunities for connection and for developing skills and meeting goals through a variety of music therapy options including individual sessions, partner sessions, group sessions, community events, and concerts. As you may have seen, there is a proposed waiver amendment which would limit music therapy funding under Indiana CIH & FSW waivers to 6 hours per month. This could affect the level of music therapy service that can be provided.
