Sooo very excited to share 🌝 KINSHIP!

It has been on my heart to offer this sort of space for women to deepen their connection to their own bodies and to do it alongside other women committed to the same desire for mind, body and spirit health.

To find their wholeness and to hear their soul sing through everything they do. To not just survive but to thrive.

After this last Spring Well Nourished Woman wrapped, there was a heart-led pull to continue together, to have an ongoing space for these sorts of conversations.

And so I knew it was time for KINSHIP.

KINSHIP is a monthly membership space for women walking the path of holistic healing—who are curious about the wisdom of the body, the flow of energy, the pull of the moon, and the sacred power of the seasons.

Rooted in the elements of Chinese medicine, KINSHIP honors the way your inner world mirrors the outer one—how each season carries a spirit, an emotion, a rhythm, and a message for your body and soul.

The work is learning how your body vibes with the season.

KINSHIP is for the wild-hearted woman who is ready to come home to herself. To remember that she is nature, and her healing is cyclical, intuitive, and layered and to do it all in sisterhood.

DM me “Kinship” for the link to learn more.

A founders rate is available through the end of the week!

Join me for the 🌞Summer of Beauty 🍉workshop happening this Sunday where we’ll dive deeper into hair, skin and beauty care from an empowered place.

We know there is so much culture in our hair. So much ancestry. So much of our own lived experience and so so much magic.

I was never a hair person to be honest, I wasn’t quite sure what to do with my messy curls.

For a long time I just wore my hair in a bun, until it felt like a taming of my own wildness.

So for the last 10 years, I’ve been on a very slow recovery of loving my hair.

Especially during my these postpartum windows where there’s an opportunity to make a big impact.

Caring for our hair is a way of showing devotion and it also reflects our health.

Can’t wait to dive deeper into hair in the workshop. Join me!

DM for the sign up link. 😘

Guiding the women who step into the Well Nourished Women program has been such a joy in my life. 🩷✨

In a time where the world is on edge and my own attention and energy is spread with small kids, a business & household to run — this group has kept me tethered to my mission.

It reminds me why I do this work to support deep soul-level nourishment.

To help women reconnect with their bodies.
To listen to their inner rhythms.
To remember that their cycle, their energy, their emotions — all have meaning.

This isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about remembering what many of us never learned:
That our bodies are wise.
That we don’t have to do it all alone.
That sisterhood can feel safe, nourishing, and real.

Some women grew up with this kind of wisdom around them.
Many didn’t.
Somewhere deep inside them they always knew their body holds the answers.

Now we’re remembering. Together.

Honoring the traditions of East Asian medicine and rooted in the wise women traditions of my European lineage — we’re weaving something old and beautiful back into modern life.

It supports us as we move through life navigating motherhood, relationships, loss, celebrations and everything in between.

Here’s some of the relaxed nourishment we got into during the retreat that closes out each session.

The Well Nourished Woman opens again in Winter 2025.

Get on the waitlist to hear first and receive early bird gifts.

Wishing every woman reading this a moment today to breathe, soften, and remember:
You are wise.
You are whole.
And you are not alone.

Created this under the light of the full moon in Libra, the dance between relationships and being an individual.

Always weaving:

🌸 independence and interdependence
🌸 motherhood, partnership and womanhood

On the good days, this is how I find harmony and balance.

These are the things I’m consistently reminding myself.

The original idea came from the need to soften to my husband, my partner.

I am very independent and I have strong ideas and visions. ♈️

And yet I have learned over time that partnering (in this case with my husband) always creates a stronger, more beautiful outcome.

Which one resonated with you? Tell me in the comment.

How do you know when you need some self care?

It can be hard to recognize if you are often in care-giving mode.

Your focus is probably turned outward to other’s needs but what signs does your mind and body give you when you’re craving self care?

Maybe feeling like you’re running on empty? Like any little thing can set you over the edge?

Or you feel like you are just going through the motions without feeling truly present.

But here’s the thing—self-care isn’t selfish and it isn’t just about bubble baths and candles. True self-care is about getting present, turning towards your needs and taking a step to meeting them.

And if this is challenging for you to slow down to take care of you then I created a self-care formula to help you do exactly that!

This is self-care for busy people.

It’s a process that I’ve used over and over again (especially now being a mom to two) that helps you feel relaxed yet energized.

So you can come back into your center and provide care from that place.

So I’m inviting you to try it out in my FREE 3-Day Self-Care Mini-Course designed to help you create a self-care practice that actually works and that you’ll be excited to come back to again and again.

In three days, setting aside just 20 minutes each day, you’ll learn how to:

✨ Set Your Intention – Get clear on what you need and why self-care matters.
✨ Release What’s Holding You Back – Let go of stress, guilt, and emotional stagnation that no longer serves you.
✨ Celebrate & Integrate – Make self-care a joyful, sustainable part of your life.

If you’re ready to stop running on empty and start feeling recharged, balanced, and truly taken care of, click below to join the free course!

👉 Comment or DM “self care” for the 🔗

You deserve to feel your best and the world needs you that way.

Enjoy.

In my twenties I found the sacred not in the traditional places of worship but instead in the hospital.

It was tender, raw and real.

In the recent years, it’s been by the side of those bringing in new life, supporting pregnant, birthing and postpartum women.

All reminders of the miracle of being here, of being human, of being with each other on Earth. To be in this state of wonder and awe that softens and brings meaning to the struggles.

These moments ignited my desire to be even closer to the divine: God, Goddess, Creator, Infinite Source.

And through this search, I started to realize the divinity within me…in my heart, my essence, my belly, my womb.

Every aspect of my body contained this potential as a portal to the sacred.
And I know this possibility is within everyone.
Within our body temple.

We don’t have to go anyplace to be with the sacred, we ARE what is sacred and we can celebrate that every moment in the way we come to ourselves and others.

This doesn’t mean perfection, it’s devotion and discipline. It’s commitment to love. To coming back over and over to your own value and what is true. It is deep nourishment.

In my own life, freshly postpartum this looks like an unwavering commitment to love. To asking myself what is most loving in this moment?

We all deserve spaces to explore this sacredness of our values and our body within ourselves, particularly women who have been told our bodies are not our own.

Being in a sacred space where we acknowledge the divinity of our own bodies and souls.

If you are curious to explore your own body as the sacred portal it is, if you want to be held in a way that allows you to tap into your sovereignty and deep healing around any stories that tell you otherwise, I’d love for you to join me in the Well Nourished Woman program.

We come together as women who want to have conversations about healing for our physical, emotional and spiritual health. Who are navigating relationships with themselves, their family and their kids.

If you are curious to learn more, send me a DM for the program link and setup a call to see if it’s the right fit for you. 💗

I love a good New Year’s resolution. 🎊

But i know from 10+ years of studying traditional Chinese Medicine and other wisdom traditions that New years and winter time is not the time to kick off a plan.

Winter is the time for rest, introspection, reflection and to dream.

In the deep quiet and darkness of the winter we rest in the void and start to gestate the potential to come. We reflect to gain the wisdom from the past seasonal cycle. And then begin dream up what will sprout and grow in the spring. Just as nature intended.

But I do love a fresh start. The possibility and the hope. The new year is a promise of growth. And I think we all are ready for that.

This winter my dreams have all been about building community. About connection. After many years of figuring things out on my own, i realize that things are more fun, move faster, are more inspired and just better when we do them together.

And even more, all healing happens in relationship not isolation. By being witnessed, understood, by extending and receiving compassion.

So I’ve been inspired to bring back my women’s program, 🌹the Well Nourished Woman.🌹

My 10-week course all about deep self care and nourishment rooted in my studies of Chinese medicine and Daoist and Ta***ic philosophies.

It’s really all the things that we should have been taught about being a woman. About our cycles, the unique needs of our physiology and how to manage our sensitive energy all while maintaining relationships and a modern life.

We come together as women who want to have conversations about healing for our physical, emotional and spiritual health. Who are navigating relationships with themselves, their family and their kids.

We kick off February 28th so we can walk together into the Spring as our Well Nourished Woman selves. ✨💗

And for those of you who are feeling the call to commit to your deep-seated nourishment, strength, body love and connections for this New Year’s time,
✨I’m offering a super early bird deal of $500 off the program until January 5th.✨

Check out the link in my bio for more.

If you are curious if this is for you, I’ve got some time set aside to chat. Send me a message.

Postpartum vibes ❤️✨🌹

Life goes a lot smoother when I have intention to direct my energy. These past few years staying in the energy of devotion has been my intention to come back to over and over.

And it’s no different when expanding my family, where my heart and capacity is asking to be expanded.

Whether it’s to myself, my family, friends and the people I support, reminding myself of what’s truly important to me: love ❤️ always brings me back to the my heart and the expression of who I am in my highest and deepest potential.

This is not about over giving, sacrificing or ignoring our own needs, the opposite in fact, it’s about living your life as an act of devotion to yourself and others.

Inner child work is so foundational to healing, so I thought I’d share what makes it so transformative. ✨

It is about digging deep to the roots of our beliefs. Here’s how:

1. Rediscover Your Authentic Self: Peel away layers of conditioning and let your true essence shine! ✨

2. Cultivate Self-Compassion: Learn to nurture and support yourself like a gentle caregiver. 🤗❤️

3. Release Limiting Beliefs: Break free from stories that no longer serve you! 🚀

4. Enhance Emotional Resilience: Build a stronger foundation to navigate life’s ups and downs. 💪💫

5. Reconnect with Joy: Rekindle the innocent joy of childhood and embrace play! 🎈😄

6. Create Healthy Boundaries: Learn to protect your energy and prioritize your needs. 🚧✨

7. Feel Stable & Safe: Foster a sense of security in yourself and the world around you. 🛡️🌍

Remember, healing is a journey back to YOU! 🌻💖

For the upcoming holidays, I’m offering my Healing the Inner Child course as an instant access, self-paced course for a discounted rate of $222 ($55 off) now through Thanksgiving.

Four modules with videos, practices and reflections explore:

✨ Creating a loving relationship to your inner child
✨ Ancestral inner child healing
✨ Inviting in Play & Creativity into to your everyday life
✨ Deepening Relationships/Partnerships with your inner child

Plus 4 bonus meditations.

It’s a steal! And super supportive work for the holiday time with family gatherings and high stress. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Slowly emerging out of our birth portal cocoon. 🌀✨

In my first pregnancy I did tons of research with hypnobirthing, labor, breast feeding and baby care classes. I stacked up the postpartum support as much as possible and anxiously tried to feel “prepared.”

Nothing quite like being a first time mama! 😂

My second pregnancy was more in line with the reality of having a toddler (among the other things vying for my attention).

What I did focus on was dietary support and keeping in line with the TCM practices of warmth and prioritizing rest.

I wanted to share what else supported me in case it supports you!

Resources:

✨ The awesome ’s program for a comprehensive reminder about labor, hypnobirthing, postpartum, baby care, breastfeeding and fitness.

✨ Lots of jujubees from and astragulus, milky oats and lemon balm as a pregnancy tea from

✨ Awesome with wild food and plants for building blood and supporting hormones

✨ I took prenatals as well as fish oil, D3, Magnesium, Reishi, NAC, electrolytes and choline

✨ I did a prenatal workouts with and I’m planning on doing the postnatal program. I’m just 3 weeks postpartum so sticking to gentle stretching and diaphragmatic breathing for now.

✨ I did acupuncture with my wonderful acupuncturist, Kate McCarthy who is not on IG

✨ Lots of baths and body oiling with products from . Being in water was the fastest, easiest way for me to feel soothed and cared for during pregnancy and all times. Never underestimate getting in the water. 🚿

✨ And this wonderful maternity photoshoot with !

If I had unlimited time and resources, I would love to just smother myself in care during pregnancy and postpartum.

That would be my wish for all women. It’s such a time of tender openness. The care we give ourselves during this time returns to us in multitudes as we age.

And each person’s care is going to look different. These were the things that felt easy to me in the moment and so they’re what happened.

Would love to hear from you what supported you.
