Compassionate Hearts Adult Center Where you are the heart of our center. Provides a caring,
supervised environment for adults.

Compassionate Hearts Adult Center was established in 2011 to prevent / delay the unnecessary / premature Institutionalization of persons who: (1) Are age 18 and older and reside in the community, (2) are at risk of institutionalization due to a dementia related to Alzheimer's Disease, similar disorders, developmental disability or cerebral pathology, and (4) require less than twenty-four hour care.
