Granite VNA’s Leadership Development Program was created to develop leaders from within the agency and pathways for career growth.

As our Intake Team Leader, Aletea plays an integral role in maintaining and improving internal processes and strengthening connections between departments. She enjoys the fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of her role, and is always ready to face challenges head-on. She sees each challenge as an opportunity to learn something new or share knowledge with her team.

Her drive to learn is what inspired her to join this program. Aletea is particularly eager to sharpen her skills in navigating complex personnel dynamics and working with a variety of personality types.

We’re so excited to welcome everyone to our annual Hospice Home & Garden Tour in the beautiful Lakes Region! It’s a perfect day to stroll through stunning homes and gardens, gather inspiration, and support compassionate hospice care in our community.

A heartfelt thank you to the generous families who will open their doors to more than 300 visitors, to all our volunteers, and to everyone taking the tour today. Your support makes a difference for our hospice program and helps us provide comfort and care when and where it’s needed most.
