“Tomorrow a magical place were 99% of all humans productivity, motivation, and achievements is stored.”

Let’s all agree that when we think about tomorrow we imagine ourselves with more time, more willpower and ability to make better choices. ⏰

What we are really doing is creating the “ideal image” of what tomorrow will look like, but here’s the floor: tomorrow will present the same challenges as today.

💥I don’t have time
💥I don’t have money
💥I don’t know where to start
💥I don’t know what to eat
💥I’m too out of shape
💥I’m tired
💥I’m busy taking care of the kids
💥Something came up

The time to change isn’t tomorrow it’s now!

You can only avoid the discomfort for so long, you might as will make the change today.

It doesn’t have to be as hard as you make it out in your head to be. You just need a well laid out plan. Some direction to give you confidence and knowledge to keep you going in the right direction.

“I was depressed. I decided I needed something that would make ME happy. Something that was just for me. Something to change my mindset and my appearance. I tried doing the workouts at home on my own but that wasn’t enough…. My nutrition was terrible but once Tara explained it, it all made sense. Friday Fact: We can prevent a multitude of disease by moving our bodies, fueling ourselves with healthy food and losing unhealthy body fat.

I see it all to often. It takes a serious health scare or years of missing out on travel, socializing, playing with your kids or grand babies, spending endless hours going from Dr. to Dr. because disease has zapped a person from being able to live their best life.

DOWN 19 Lb and 4 inches in the waist.

I was pretty choked up 😭🥰getting this picture a couple of weeks ago and reading this from amazing career woman, wife, mom of three, and stellar client. Oh, and she is a twin mom. Busy is an understatment for this rockstar. 🌟

“I look at the pictures and I'm amazed at this journey. Sometimes It feels like we just started yesterday, yet it other times it sort of feels like these healthier habits have been something I've been doing forever.

*I have done the diets. I've ran for miles. I've killed myself in group fitness classes, sometimes even doing 2 a day.
*I've tried shakes, cleanses, and in my younger days I even tried diets pills.
*I've lost weight in the past to hit a goal and then piled it all back on once I stopped counting points or calories.
*I've done it ALL!
This is different.
This is true coaching.
This is true balance.

We go to school to learn how to read and write and understand the world around us. But nobody honestly teaches you how to fuel and move your body the way it needs to be done for a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

*Nobody tells you that if you have a mushy butt, you will suffer from knee and back issues.
*Nobody tells you that strength training is as powerful for your brain as it is for your muscles.
*Nobody tells you that by eating more protein you will have less cravings for junk.
*Nobody tells you what a "balanced diet ACTUALLY means.
These are the things and so many more that I've learned from Coach Tara Ryan Nowak and the Be Bold Team. 💪🏻

I don't fear myself around food and temptations. I don't use the term diet or can't have or shouldn't.
I don't define myself by the number on the scale.
I can lift way heavier than I ever thought possible.
I feel extremely bad ass at the gym and crave my workout time".
