A Spurs' Delight Massage is beneficial for spirit, soul, body and mind rejuvenation. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

Please take a moment to read the following:

Value of Time
I value your time and know that it is a precious commodity in today's world. As such, when you book an hour, I schedule you for an hour on the table in addition to 10 minutes to discuss your needs. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so I can ensure that all of your needs are taken care of during your session. Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are implemented:

Cancelling

A minimum 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for any reason will be considered a "no-show." They will be charged for their "missed" appointment or they will forfeit the gift certificate being used. I understand that emergencies come up and I will take that into consideration. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. I do not call to see if you are coming to your appointment. If 15 minutes have passed since the start of your appointment time and I have not heard from you, I will assume you are not coming, will cancel your appointment and send you an invoice to be paid upon receipt. Good morning. I wanted to say thank you to all my clients over the past almost 3 years that has helped to make my massage business successful in the town of Ault. It has been my pleasure in helping you live a healthier life.
It is with a sad heart that I have closed my business in the town of Ault -Ault you were amazing!!!, with a Happy heart A Spurs' Delight has moved to Greeley.

A side note: I did nothing wrong in Ault, Ault did nothing wrong, there was some up in the air possible decisions with the landlord and the building, so I made the decision to move to do what was best for my business.
