At Connections, we believe in the power of wellness, both for those we serve and for the incredible team members who make it all happen.

Recently, we hosted two staff yoga sessions designed to help our team recharge, reset, and reconnect. It was a beautiful opportunity to step away from the fast pace of daily work, ground ourselves in the present moment, and enjoy mindful movement together in a supportive space.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated, and to our amazing instructor, Arzu, for leading us through a calming and energizing flow that left us refreshed, relaxed, and ready to take on the day.
