How chiro care can help breech babies ⬇️

❌ Chiros do not “turn” babies… that would be… interesting to say the least.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✅ But what we CAN do is use the Webster Technique to help adjust your pelvis and sacrum.

👉🏼 Your uterus has several attachments to the pelvis and sacrum, and when they are out of alignment, it does two things:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ Makes the pelvis outlet (where the baby comes out) smaller
2️⃣ Tugs on the uterus, making it tighter on one side
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉🏼 The Webster Technique is a pregnancy-specific technique that focuses on your pelvis and all the ligaments and muscles surrounding it. When your pelvis is in the optimal position, baby usually follows suit.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉🏼 If baby doesn’t get into an optimal position, it can be due to other reasons like a short umbilical cord or intrauterine restrictions.
