🎉🎉 CELEBRATING 4 YEARS OF TRAINING🎉🎉

My business has made some incredible milestones these last 4 years

First and foremost, I have truly changed each of my clients lives. I have gotten them out of pain, including curing a client's bursitis. Everyone comes back for more because the results are so good ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Second, I run my personal training business as my only means of income. Like, I'm getting taxed a lot of money this year by the Fed 😅

Third, I barely have any availability anymore. Realistically I can train 5/6 hours a day and give the level of quality my clients expect. This Friday I have 7 hours booked. 4 of those hours are in person

Fourth, I am at 15 clients, the majority of whom train twice a week and have been working with me for around 2 years. My first 4 clients still work with me every week, thanks mom ❤️

Fifth, I just signed my first 120$ an hour client. A goal I've had since starting the company. Gotta love those kink clients 😉😈

Sixth, I'm dyslexic, and if you told me as a boy that I would be running my own successful company, I wouldn't have believed you.

Finally, everyone improves and has made amazing transformations. And I need to give special thanks to the couple I work with who built a gym in their home so we can train 3 times a week with real equipment. They have dedicated themselves to getting strong and I am so grateful for their trust in me.

Happy (belated) New Year Folks!
Introducing my new YouTube series, Kettlebell Starter Kit!

In each of these videos you'll learn three kettlebell moves, then there is a working set with a 30 second break between each exercise. The moves are designed to be complimentary to each other so you get a full body workout. Each video builds off what you learned in the previous video.

If you've been curious about kettlebell training, and are tired of stale boring gym bros, then this is an open invitation to learn this unique and exciting training style!

Celebrate your body

If you had asked me to do a photo shoot like this before I got in shape there would have been no way! Even now, I'm still self-conscious about doing photo work like this. The amount of times I had to be reminded to smile was really frustrating.

It's taken time but I am finally starting to see past my years of body dysmorphia. Which, I've got to say, feels so uplifting.

If you're feeling down about your looks, or uncomfortable in your skin, you can make a change. I dedicated myself to getting stronger and after 3 years I could not be happier with the results.
