Save a life. Use an AED.

YOU are qualified to use an AED. A shock from an automated external defibrillator greatly increases the chances of surviving a cardiac arrest, but the device is used only 10% of the time by bystanders. No training is needed to use an AED: Pictures and voice prompts tell you exactly what to do.

To form a new habit, your brain needs a regular cue or reminder to take action. One way to do that is through habit stacking. Just think of something you already do without even thinking about it, like brushing your teeth. Now use this to trigger your new habit.
