In this carousel I review some of the dietary factors that are associated with both increased and decreased risks of endometriosis.
⬆️ Risk: red meat, dairy, dietary fat
⬇️ Risk: dietary fiber, seaweed, polyphenols, vitamins D+C+E
It's important to remember that an association does not mean that these things cause or treat endometriosis. It simply means that researchers have found an association of these factors with either an increased or decreased risk of endometriosis.
