Celeste's Fitness I have 25 years experience within the fitness industry. Some of my expertise includes muscular stren I am also Fitness Nutrition Specialist.

I manage my clients weight loss with healthy food choices, portion control and exercise. Physical rehabilitation, diabetes (meal planning), skeletal strains (back pain), are just a few of the areas I specialize in. I also am available for private Aqua classes for those who have pools and enjoy aqua aerobics and/or training in the water.
