Power Yoga is where yoga meets high-energy movement. It’s a fast-paced, strength-focused style designed to build heat, improve endurance, and challenge your balance. In power classes you'll flow from pose to pose while engaging your muscles and keeping your heart rate up.

It’s not about how bendy you are or if you can do a headstand. It's about showing up, pushing yourself, and leaving stronger than you came in. Instructors provide plenty of modifications and progressions to meet you where you are today.
