I love the new little recording space Josh and I created this past week...it was fun to spend the day fu***ng around and creating music with and really feeling out the new vibes. Loving it so far! I will need to create a metal mantra album one day. Haha.

2025 was a year of growth, devotion, and courageous completion.

Highlights included travel, flower-filled events, and creating stronger boundaries—valuing my time, energy, and worth. I hosted Launch Your Light, my first 7-day online teaching experience, supporting heart-centered entrepreneurs to simplify tech and reconnect with creative spirit.

I offered marketing and creative support to inspiring humans and companies, including contributing to the Embodied Voice Summit with

I’m deeply grateful to The Brothers Koren and .thebodyelectric for trusting me with their community and vision with marketing this past year. We created so much magic, and I really learned a lot. I also participated in the Songwriter’s Journey and am opening into creating more original music in the year ahead.

This year brought beautiful time with my husband Josh, along with lessons through disappointment—inviting me back to love, awareness, and inner strength.

I began studies with the WSU Master Gardener program and felt my connection to nature deepen along with new possibilities for the future.

As the year closed, I intentionally wrapped all client and consulting work to create space for rest, listening, slower rhythms, and opening to a new life. Looking forward to the unfolding and taking more time to do nothing. Less time on screens and more time in community and nature. I also look forward to creating many more beautiful events, workshops, and unique experiences for my community.

Last Christmas – Cilly (Cover)

Growing up, my family had a tradition of giving the gift of song.
Each Christmas we’d perform—sometimes solo, sometimes with my brother Paul supporting me.

My older brother constantly made fun of me, and there was often emotional abuse around music. Over time, that taught me to shrink, to stay quiet, to hold my voice back.

What kept me going were encouraging parents—and one brother who believed in me.

This year, I’m choosing to reclaim the tradition.

This video is my process of creating music again with a looping pedal—instruments tuned to 432 Hz and guided by the Chakra Overtone Drum. My version of Last Christmas (original by Wham), shared as a simple Christmas gift of sound.

Deep gratitude to those who support Creativity and musical growth.

Shout out to and for being huge supports for me in my journey of music song and voice —especially —for reminding me that music is meant to be played, not perfected. And of course, thank you to my ultimate support and patient husband Josh.

On Sunday, December 21st, we’ll gather in Tacoma for a gentle Winter Solstice celebration — a spacious circle for mantra connection and a deeply restful evening of sound healing. Participants will be welcomed and guided through a simple, heart-opening mantra to call in the light (no experience needed), followed by a cozy sound bath in hammocks or floor nests with soothing frequencies of crystal bowls, Chakra Overtone Drums, chimes, and more.
