My boys...
You have no idea how much you wreck me everyday... I lose sleep, don't miss meals, destroy myself in the gym, work endlessly, miss out on social events, lose friends, lose money, lose my patience, argue with Mommy, cry, and more...

You also give me energy when there was none to be found, feed me more motivation than I've ever experienced, enhanced my training beyond belief, made me a hard worker, gave me the best memories of tickle fights ever, became my best friends, helped me make more money than before, taught me patience, gave me and Mommy the best/strongest relationship we have ever had, cry, laugh, push myself past my limits on a DAILY basis...

Daddy loves you both more than the world

A HUGE SHOUT OUT to my client, Toni! We trained for 8 months towards this race. We had our ups and downs. There were times I showed up for our session and even with very little energy; she would give that session everything she could. I still don't think I've had a client as strong minded as Toni. She has that "just get it done" mindset always. Toni definitely deserved this not only because she worked her ASS off for it, but she is one the most kind-hearted people I've ever met. Cheers Toni! 💪

P.S. - Toni finished 7th in her age group!! 😮
