Meet our newest intern, future Dr. Andrew! ✨

Originally from Marshall, MN, Andrew attended Minnesota State University-Mankato majoring in Exercise Science before attending Northwestern Health Sciences University for chiropractic school. With his background in exercise science, Andrew is passionate about the combination of chiropractic adjustments and corrective exercises as a holistic approach for injury prevention and recovery.

When he’s not in the office, you can find him enjoying outdoor activities, hanging out with friends and family, and cheering on Minnesota sports teams. 👏🏼

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) ✨

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle technique used to release tightness and tension in the soft tissues surrounding the brain + spinal cord.

We evaluate the movement and pulsation of the cerebral spinal fluid and fascia that surround our entire nervous system.

CST uses a series of gentle techniques to remove blocks and restore this subtle movement, or pulse, in the central nervous system.

CST is incredibly safe and gentle! We use the weight of a nickel to apply pressure to the cranial bones and release any tension.

✨We are celebrating the end of our official first year as owners of Blaine Chiropractic Center! ✨

2023 was an incredible year and we have grown so much as a team and as a clinic. We welcomed many new changes and had some unforeseen challenges. This year pushed us to be better for our team and our community.

We are so grateful for our amazing team and patients who stood by us and supported us throughout this transition. 🩷 We can’t wait for what next year has in store!

Dr. Tene is our newest doctor and will be taking on new patients in the new year! Read below to learn more about her: ☺️

I graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University where I obtained my chiropractic degree and training. I have also completed a degree in Biology at the University of St.Thomas.

I have been passionate about the field of chiropractic care and its potential to bring about holistic healing and well-being. What truly excites me is working with families and pediatrics as I believe that early intervention and preventative care play a role in establishing a foundation for lifelong health!

When I am not in clinic , you can find me spending quality time with my boyfriend Nick and our dog Nova. 🐶 I love going on walks and exploring new places to eat. A little fun fact about is is that I am bilingual!
