Don’t Rush!

Most people only brush for 45–70 seconds — but the American Dental Association recommends a full 2 minutes.

Tip: Set a timer, play a short song, or use an electric toothbrush with a built-in timer to make sure you're giving your teeth the attention they deserve.

👉 Bonus Tip: Divide your mouth into 4 quadrants and spend 30 seconds on each to make sure every area gets cleaned.
