🌿 May is Mental Health Month 🌿

Mental health is just as important as physical health — for children, teens, and adults alike. This month, we encourage families to take small, meaningful steps to support emotional well-being:

✔️ Talk openly about feelings
✔️ Spend time together — especially outdoors
✔️ Create routines that support rest, play, and connection
✔️ Ask for help when you need it

At South Windsor Youth and Family Services, we’re here to support you. We offer a variety of programs and services that promote emotional wellness, strengthen families, and help young people thrive.

Press Conference at the South Windsor Police Department (Friday): Held in partnership with The Governor's Prevention Partnership, the event featured Lt. Mark Cleverdon, State Representative Tom Delnicki, and Mayor Audrey Delnicki, highlighting community efforts to promote safe medication disposal.
