Hey there postpartum moms - I need your input!

I'm working on a membership just for you and I'm on the hunt for three moms who have had a baby in the last few months or last few years and are realizing that “bouncing back” is a myth and feeling disconnected from your body, wondering where your stomach muscles went, and if your energy will ever return, are all very real.

Self-love in fitness isn't about never struggling—it's about not quitting when you do. It's about wobbling in a balance move, laughing at yourself, and trying again. It's about modifying, adapting, and knowing that even small steps forward still count.
Because real strength isn't just in your muscles—it's in your ability to keep going, even if "going" sometimes means modifying an exercise, doing a little less, or full on taking a nap instead. 😴

Rebuild Your Core, Stronger than Before is not just a core recovery program with a bunch of exercises to get through. This is a journey. This addresses the emotional, physical, and social gaps that make motherhood so challenging, isolating, and exhausting. This program is tried, tested, tweaked, and approved by a mom like you who was tired of feeling so crappy and knew there had to be a better way, that motherhood was not supposed to feel so draining, that moms deserve to feel better, that MOMS CAN FEEL BETTER.

Feeling a bit off track lately? It happens!

Life isn’t exactly a straight road—it’s more like one of those scenic routes with unexpected detours, some potholes, and maybe a goat blocking the path (metaphorically, I hope).

Think of your fitness journey like a GPS: when you hear ‘Recalculating,’ it doesn’t mean you’re lost—it just means you’re adjusting. 🚦

Start small.

👉 Stretch for 2 minutes while the coffee brews.

👉 Park a little further away for a little longer walk today.

👉 Do a squat while picking up that sock that’s been on the floor for three days (it’s okay, we’ve all been there).

Every recalibration—no matter how small—is progress.

🤸 Your body is your teammate, not your opponent, and it’s cheering you on every time you make a move.

Stronger than Before is a 5 week postpartum series that will help your body recover and rebuild from the stresses of pregnancy, delivery, and parenting.

The pelvis is the main intersection of your body. The stress that pregnancy and delivery places on the muscles that support this area require attention and focus to ensure a strong and supportive foundation to care for yourself and your family.

This series is a progressive 5 week journey. Each week you will spend time:
RELEASING stress and muscle tension
RECONNECTING with your postpartum body
REBUILDING your deep core, and
LEARNING how to apply it all to real life activities

This series will help you feel more empowered in and by your amazing body. You will feel less overwhelmed and more connected to your body. I whole-heartedly believe that moms deserve to feel better, and I’m proud of this series because that’s just what it does.

To keep it intimate and personalized the series is only open to 5 moms.

Posture is 🔑

Our posture determines how easily our body can move through space, how well its internal processes flow, and ultimately how good we feel.

There are 3 basic facts I like to teach everyone that walks through my doors, (or happens to ask me what I do at a party 😂)

FUN FACT #1
Intentional Design
Every cell, organ, and system in our body requires "x" amount of space to function effectively and efficiently. Your posture can either support this design or create obstacles for it.

My favorite example to illustrate this is our lungs.

TRY THIS👇🏻
Take a minute and round forward, slouch… now try and take a good breath.
Kind of difficult, right?
Now sit up a little taller and try again…
Big difference, right?

The problem when we slouch is that our ribcage literally inhibits how much room our lungs have to expand. We can’t get in as much air because they don’t have enough space. When we sit up a little taller, we allow for our ribs to expand which gives our lungs more room to expand and take in more oxygen which means we can take a bigger (also more efficient) breath! Boom.

The same concept applies to every cell, organ, and system in our body!

Yes 🙌 Breathing is so cooooooool. A shout out to for that first line about breathing. What an incredible way to think about our breath… it literally feeds us 🤗. Like the actual oxygen we’re taking in, but also the way it acts as a vehicle to connect with our emotions, our tension, our whole body ❤️

This postpartum series will help your body recover and rebuild from the stresses of pregnancy, delivery, and parenting. By popular demand this series has been extended to 6 WEEKS!

There comes a point after baby is born where many moms get frustrated with how they feel/look/move. Sometimes this phase can feel like a battle where we find ourselves pushing through potential warning signs (ex: leaking urine, pressure, pain, numbness, etc) in an effort to reclaim our body or get it “back”. Walking, running, cycling, strength training, yoga, pilates… all of these types of exercise can be helpful in rebuilding and reconnecting… BUT they can also be incredibly UNhelpful, even harmful, with the wrong amount, intensity, or timing.

This 6 week series is designed to help you RECONNECT to your body by RELEASING tension, BREATHING life into the areas you feel disconnected from, and REBUILDING your deep core muscles that are essential for every part of a healthy, active life. This series is about bridging the gap in postpartum care and recovery.

Each class will include myofascial release work, breath work, core strengthening exercises, and practical ways for you to apply these ideas into daily life. Bringing more functional movement to your day-to-day activities is key. You will receive PDF copies of the exercises and you will also learn how to check yourself for diastasis recti. Exercise modifications will be given as needed. Limited to 5 moms.

Bringing Baby…
I always recommend taking the time for yourself if your situation allows for it. If it doesn’t, babies are welcome as long as they are not crawling or walking.
