WHAT I DO: I serve as a catalyst for transformational change in my clients and students lives. Helping those committed to reaching their fullest potential and putting it to their highest use.

  HOW I DO IT: Simply by showing clients the mirror which reflects their life purpose and fullest human potential. This could be accomplished in a personalized one on one session or group training setting. I offer deeply rooted traditional ancient indigenous solutions for modern day problems. These individualized sessions, programs and on-site workshops have content aimed at pointing out the blockages that temporarily impede a productive flow.

Morning Power Walk Reflections…🌅

Slept in a little today on my day off… after a beautiful day in NYC with the family honoring my mother, who loved Christmas. Instead of sitting in sadness, I leaned into the things that made her happy… and kept that joy alive.

Train ride… Serendipity’s frozen hot chocolates… the Radio City Christmas Spectacular… shopping… an incredible dinner at José Andrés’ TXULA Steakhouse… Soho… Rice to Riches… a full day of magic and memories. So yes… I’m walking all that off this morning.

One thing I love about early walks is the quiet… less human interaction… less chance of witnessing ignorance. But today, I still saw it… a man letting his dogs go in the street, bagging it, then throwing the plastic bag right back into the road. Proof that humans can be the most destructive creatures on this planet.

Instead of reacting, I greeted the dogs… smiled sarcastically… and kept moving. Every step we take should either leave nature as we found it… or improve it.

Grateful for yesterday… grounded by today… choosing peace, joy, and my mother’s light.

Morning Reflections… One Year Later 🕊️💔

Today wasn’t a power walk… more of a slow stroll through grief. One year ago today, my mother, Maria Angelica Olivera, transitioned. I still feel her… and I still miss her every single day.

Meditation this morning wasn’t silence… it was sitting with all the feelings that rise when your heart is heavy. Life didn’t pause….WPKN, work, family, responsibilities… they all kept moving. But even with all the noise, this void is loud.

Nothing replaces a mother’s embrace, her unconditional love, or our daily conversations. She was my best friend. Losing her changed everything.

And loss doesn’t always bring family closer. Sometimes it exposes what was already fragile. I’ve accepted that some things may never be repaired. So I’m learning to redefine family… to love the ones who truly love back… and to let go of what no longer serves or supports.

Today is about honesty, grief, gratitude… and love.

LOVE THOSE WHO LOVE YOU.
While they are still here.
While they are still in this dimension.

Morning Power Walk Reflections 🌅

This morning I was flooded with thoughts… things to do… plans to make… unfinished projects… new ones waiting to begin. Sometimes it feels like there just aren’t enough hours in the day to stay focused and knock it all out.

Yesterday was my day off… my intention….aside from my morning walk…..was to rest… but I couldn’t. I ended up running errands… helping a friend (because he’d do the same for me)… and before I knew it, the day slipped away.

I didn’t get much done… but I started. Not exactly accomplished… but at least I was able to assess a few things… reorganizing a closet space… sorting what to purge. Small steps… but steps nonetheless.

And here I am again… back at it on my walk… thinking about all the things I have to do. Yet there never seems to be enough time… especially with other obligations pulling at you.

It makes you think… how are we really using our time… our hours… our days… our months… our years? Are we truly growing and expanding… or just drowning in busyness?

When it comes to time management… I believe in breaking my goals down into manageable and measurable sizes… hourly… daily… weekly… monthly… quarterly… yearly… and even five-year goals. It keeps me grounded… focused… and aware of my progress.

I’ll admit… I’ve been distracted over the past year. Drifted off course. But recognizing it is the first step toward realignment… toward growth… and getting back on track.

Oh… and just to add to the mix… yesterday I was rear-ended again on Route 111 in Monroe… by another distracted driver. Same road where I was hit years ago. And yes… the driver fled. Thankfully… I caught it all on video.

Life loves to throw curveballs… but we keep moving forward.

Stay safe out there… protect your peace… and count your blessings. 🙏🏽

Every day is a chance to reset, refocus, and realign yourself with your purpose.

Every last Sunday of the month, we transform into a vibrant celebration of rhythm, culture, and community.

Last night… October 26, 2025… we experienced something truly special. Son 7 took the stage and set the room on fire, while Edwin Rivera Sr. delivered a heartfelt Trova performance that touched every soul in the building. The sound was pristine, the energy was pure, and the dance floor stayed alive from start to finish.

There’s something magical about coming together on a Sunday… sharing stories through music… reconnecting with our roots while creating new memories. You won’t find this kind of quality Latin music experience anywhere else but right here …..in the heart of Bridgeport.

It’s hard to wrap my head around the fact that my little girl started 8th grade yesterday. It feels like just yesterday I was carrying her over my shoulder and walking her into nursery school . Now she’s just one year away from high school. I wish I could slow down time and hold onto these moments a little longer.
