Hello !! I was just informed on March 27, 2023 that my store front studio is currently on Class Pass . My sincere apologies, this is NOT accurate. I have been teaching yoga from my home studio .

It seems reasonable to focus preventive measures on the areas of the body that fall directly under siege: namely, the nasal and bronchial passages. But the yoga tradition also suggests that colds and flu result from poor digestion or an energy imbalance originating in the digestive tract, which results in a build-up of mucus and phlegm that moves into the lungs. The theory, suggests Gary Kraftsow, a Viniyoga teacher based in Maui, Hawaii, is that improper digestion causes toxin build-up, which in turn manifests as disease anywhere in the body. Poses that gently compress, twist, or extend the belly can help a host of digestive ailments.

The Benefits Of Thai Massage
Thai massage has many benefits for the individual. It uses the gentle pressure on energy lines and the yoga-like stretching to relax the whole body on a deeper level. This deeper level of relaxation improves the individuals' personal outlook, and their emotional status. Deep relaxation has been shown to promote a deeper, more restorative night's sleep as well. This deeper sleep allows the body to heal itself physical, and let you feel more refreshed upon awakening. Thai massage helps to reduce the individual's stress levels and improve their overall circulation. This is accomplished by the gradual movement of the person through different yoga-like positions. This will enhance the persons' flexibility allowing for a greater range of motion. This greater range of motion and flexibility reduces muscle stress and strain, and helps to prevent trip and fall accidents.

The slow movements allow for the mind and the spirit to slow down and realize a true form of relaxation. It centers the individual. In doing this stressors will not affect the person as much. This will aid to level out blood pressure. These stressors, in later life, cause heart problems. In centering oneself, and lowering the reaction to stressors, one will lower the occurrence of heart problems.

Thai Massage is one of the four branches of Traditional Thai medicine. It is a healing technique that was practiced before doctors. The massage involves deep massage and stretching and it happens on the floor on a firm mattress or a mat. It is a therapeutic procedure that provides relaxation and restores healthy blood circulation. It also treats energy blockages, weak, dysfunctional organs, aches and pains, stress and tension, flexibility, paralysis, nerve problems and postural alignments.

Thai massage differs from traditional massage by its use of body's energy line system, known as Sen lines. There is a basic theory that there are seventy-two thousand Sen lines that are also called energy lines that line the frame of the physical body. The sen lines corresponds with the Chinese acupuncture medications and the ancient medicine practice from Indian Ayurvedic. A session typically last around two hours or maybe more and the massage works to stretch the entire body. The massage may include the pulling of toes, fingers and ears. Thai Massage is ideal for everyone as the sessions are customized for each individual with their body type and age.

What Is energy lines?
- The invisible energy lines can not be verified anatomically and are perceived to circulate throughout the body to maintain health and vitality.

- There are said to be 72,000 lines. Thais believe 10 main lines that are sufficient to treat the whole body and its internal organs. - This is a non-religious or spiritual perspective and practice. - When this energy flow is blocked or restricted, it creates sickness or disease. To clear these blockages, Thai massage combines the application of pressure with manipulation, adjustment and muscle stretching in a full-body works, which improves overall health and well-being.
