The flu and COVID-19 vaccines save lives and reduce the severity of symptoms if you get sick with the disease. They are still recommended for everyone aged 6 months and older – with a few exceptions. These vaccines will still be covered by insurance for now. What has changed may be where you can get the vaccines (pharmacy vs health care clinic). It may vary by state. Talk with your doctor about vaccines recommended for you.

Note: Things may change if CDC director and HHS secretary do not sign off on the recommendations. We will keep you updated!
