Before & After • Facial Rejuvenation + Facial Reanimation.

She beat cancer—then wanted her smile back.
We combined a face + neck lift with selective neurectomy, and now people tell her she just looks amazing, healthy, and happy.

I loved getting to know her (and her husband—we bonded over our shared love of animals).

Before and After | Rhinoplasty.
This beautiful patient wanted to refine the nasal bridge and tip, while also improving her breathing. Her nasal tip would droop when she smiled (yes, that happens!) and we were able to correct that during surgery.
Her smile no longer pulls her tip down, and she has beautifully stable, open airflow.
Given her facial features and relatively thick skin, we maintained tip projection to help refine the nose without widening it. Her result is soft, natural, and balanced — I love her front and profile views!

This patient came in with significant nasal collapse and very delicate, thin skin — a combination that can make both structure and meticulous detail attention equally important.

🔧 Add grafts for stability without making the nose bigger
💫 Maintain her natural character and facial harmony

If you love fillers, should you give up on the idea of facial rejuvenation surgery in the future?

I don’t think so. Judicious, well-placed filler—used conservatively—shouldn’t interfere with surgery later on.
The key is balance and transparency. Overfilling can distort the natural anatomy and make surgical planning more difficult. Depending on the area, your surgeon may recommend dissolving filler before surgery—especially around the eyelids or if fat grafting is being considered.

👃🏼 Before & After | Revision Rhinoplasty.
This was a third Revision Rhinoplasty for a patient whose nasal tip had sustained significant injuries during previous surgeries, including an injury through the skin that left his nose crooked and structurally compromised. He also had a deviated septum affecting both the shape and function of his nose.

During surgery, we carefully straightened and reconstructed his nasal tip, using rib cartilage to restore structure and support. I’m thrilled with how straight and symmetric his nasal tip looks now—especially after everything he’s been through.

He’s not only looking fantastic but also breathing well, which is just as important. I’m deeply grateful for his trust throughout this journey.
