Natasha Thoesen LMT HHC

I am a licensed Massage Therapist of 16 years, a Holistic Health Coach, Massage Therapy Instructor and an essential oil enthusiast.

I love creating happy healthy toxic free relationships and helping others do the same. I coach clients to be the best version of themselves with education, empowerment and accountability. I coach clients through nutritional changes, lifestyle changes and educate them on the benefits of clean living. But most of all I am here to listen to their needs and support them in any way I can.

Massage Therapy was my first career passion. It has lead the way for my holistic lifestyle and the encouragement of others to do the same. It is my favorite creative outlet, it comes with so much gratification and enjoyment. Helping others in such a way that takes talent and dedication. Teaching Massage Therapy came a bit later in my career and was such a blessing. Educating students at The George Washington University on massage safely and technique was so enjoyable. Helping them feel confident in applying techniques to family members and friends. Seeing them find confidence in themselves to learn a new trade was so powerful.

Holistic Health Coaching came after many years of diving into every book I could get my hands on, every conversation I could have about nutrition and holistic health and trying to cure my own health related issues. Clients, family and friends would ask me for advice on these matters almost daily. So I decided to enroll in one of the most fulfilling educational programs and the largest Nutrition School in the world, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. With passion and an intense curriculum I graduated with a certification as a Holistic Health Coach.

My love for essential oils goes hand in hand with both Massage Therapy and Health Coaching. I have used “essential oils” from the very beginning of my massage education. I was introduced to Young Living Essential Oils in 2004 as simply the best oils on the market. Not knowing the possible opportunity as a network marketing company I just incorporated them into my massage sessions. It wasn’t until 2013 that I became a member of the Young Living community and began using the oils on myself, sharing them with friends and family every single day. I felt amazing and smelled amazing too! Fast forward a couple years when I started my own wellness office, my Solo business, This business; The Wellness Spectrum and offered YL oils with every massage. I provided Raindrop Therapy Treatments and diffused daily and still didn’t know the true business opportunity behind the company. But I sure did love the oils and so did everyone I encountered. Now a Mom to one with one on the way, a recent relocation and new opportunities. I am expanding my repertoire to offer wellness classes on chemical free living among many other exciting services.
