Utilizing active and passive modalities of therapy, OHW offers a comprehensive manual therapy program, sports rehabilitation, graston technique, dry needling, and injury specific physical therapy. Wellness:
Based in science and safe, advanced methods, OHW provides a medically-based weight loss program to help individuals reach and maintain a healthy weight. OHW also offers personal training for elite athletes and medical fitness for individuals with medical/injury limitations. A registered dietitian provides nutrition counseling for families, athletes and individuals with medical/chronic conditions.

It doesn’t have to be complicated! Being active can be simple. You don’t necessarily need more hours in a day, you just need to be using them wisely!

What’s your favorite way to incorporate physical activity into your daily life?

Here are some practical tips for incorporating physical activity into your daily life:

Take the Stairs: Skip the elevator and opt for the stairs whenever possible. Climbing stairs is a great way to get your heart pumping and strengthen your lower body muscles.

Walk Whenever You Can: Instead of driving or taking public transportation for short distances, consider walking or biking. Not only does this reduce your carbon footprint, but it also adds extra steps to your daily activity count.

Schedule Active Breaks: Set a timer to remind yourself to take short breaks throughout the day to stretch, walk around, or do a quick exercise routine. Even just a few minutes of movement can help combat the negative effects of prolonged sitting.

Make Household Chores Count: Turn mundane tasks like cleaning, gardening, or yard work into opportunities for physical activity. Put on some music and dance while you vacuum, or squat while you w**d the garden – you’ll be surprised at how many calories you can burn!

Join a Community Group or Sports Team: Engage in recreational activities that you enjoy, whether it’s joining a local hiking group, playing in recreational leagues, or participating in dance classes. Not only will you stay active, but you’ll also have fun and meet new people.

Our program focuses on movements and exercises that directly translate to the court, using our in-house pickleball court for real-time drills and practical applications. 🏓

✨ What You’ll Get:
- Expert coaching from trainers with extensive backgrounds in both strength training and pickleball/tennis
- Holistic approach to your athletic development
- Small class size (6-8 people) for personalized attention
