Candice is a 200-hour certified teacher trained right here at Mindful Space Yoga & Meditation. With 8 years of personal practice and over a year of teaching, she brings a thoughtful, accessible approach to movement focused on building strength, awareness, and ease. Her classes are rooted in intention, offering space to slow down, tune in, and care for your whole self.
