Color Your Light: Animal-Themed Mindful Art Experience
Join us for a heart-centered, creative journey where mindfulness and self-expression come together through the magic of animals and color.
In “Color Your Light: Animal Edition,” you’ll be guided through a grounding and inspiring mindfulness experience by Jorgelina Chaij, a seasoned mindfulness and yoga teacher, known for helping others connect to their inner light and calm through breath, presence, and movement.
After centering the mind and awakening your creativity, you’ll move into a guided painting session with Kristin Deets, an artist, communication professor, and yoga teacher who believes in the power of creative expression as a tool for connection and self-discovery.
You’ll have a variety of animal images to choose from—whether your spirit animal speaks to you or you want to honor a beloved pet. You’re also welcome to bring your own photo or inspiration!
No art experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
