A message from the Founder: When I Lived in LA - I was (briefly) a part of a home workout group curated by a personal trainer around COVID times, and she named the outdoor sessions “The Snack Shop”! I asked why the name - & everyone said, because it’s “Where Snacks are Made!” These outdoor workout sessions lit a fire inside of me that I have tried to dim, but cannot get away from. Unfortunately, The Snack Shop in LA had closed down, as the trainer went on to do bigger and better things!!
