“My role at Thoughtful Home Care is all about making sure our clients are never without the care they need. If a caregiver needs time off or something unexpected comes up, I step in to find a reliable replacement—because continuity and trust are everything. I also manage scheduling to ensure our caregivers are supported, have the hours they need, and are ready to serve new clients with confidence and care.
