Meals Made Simple

Make sure to Weigh Your Food! If you can't that's okay, good rule of thumb:

1 Fistfull = 3-4 oz Lean Protein

1 Fistfull = 8 oz Potatoes or 1 cup Rice

Make it Easy and Prepare Meals ahead of Time! Check your plate make sure to have Dietary Fiber (greens), Protein, and Carbs for a full balanced meal.

Macros for Meal Prepared:

Protein: 42g
Carbs: 55g
Fats: 12g (add Avocado)
