Legacy House was founded in 2011 by Lynn and Ralph Chalifoux, two people that shared a vision of creating a compassionate care home for the elderly that would treat seniors with respect, dignity, care and supervision. Since its inception, Legacy House La Verne has built a foundation designed to uphold the highest quality of care for seniors. Our caregivers are experienced, well-educated, and committed to ensuring a high-quality of life for all of our cherished residents. All of our staff must pass a rigorous background check, fingerprinting, educational experience check and physical before joining the Legacy House La Verne Care team. All staff members are trained in dementia care, medication management, first-aid, CPR and safety. Training is ongoing at Legacy house so we maintain our excellence in care. Most staff members are Certified Nurses Assistants and a CNA is always available. Serving Seniors in the La Verne area age 60 and over. Close to shopping, parks, and restaurants.
