Robert Kleinhenz, Ph.D., is the Principal Economist and Founder of the firm Kleinhenz Economics. Dr. Kleinhenz has over 30 years of experience in urban and regional economics. He has worked with clients in the private sector, the public sector, and academia. His expertise includes economic forecasting, economic impact analysis, real estate studies, and public policy analyses.

In addition to his duties with Kleinhenz Economics, Robert is the Director of the Cal State Long Beach ORice of Economic Research, and holds research positions with the Lowe Institute at Claremont McKenna College and the Inland Empire Economic Partnership. He previously served as Chief Economist of the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC), Deputy Chief Economist of the California Association of Realtors, and Executive Director of Research at Beacon Economics. He also held academic positions at Cal State Long Beach, Cal State
Fullerton, and USC.

Combined with a standardized nurse message refill template, the program brought refill times down from 7 days to 3–4 days, moving closer to our goal of 3-day turnaround. Even with the natural challenges of staff turnover in a residency clinic, our results remain better than baseline.
