We provide opportunities for seniors to experience these through a thriving community that provides housing, events, dining and need based services. We are a premier independent Christian senior living community, located in the heart of Upland, Ca. As part of the Brethren in Christ Church, we look to provide an inviting, loving community where we provide a holistic living experience that focuses o

n both body and soul. The Upland Manor home to 50 apartments ranging from studios to 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom units. Additionally, we have a host of free and low cost amenities, which provide comfort and care for our residents. Our community is centrally located in the heart of Southern California. We are conveniently located roughly thirty minutes from the wonderful mountain communities, Knotts Berry Farm and Walt Disney Theme Parks. We are also about an hour from the beach and the desert. Today we turned 53! 🎂We are happy to have had 53 years of impact! Connect Senior Services is the umbrella over our two 55 + independent living communities: Upland Manor Senior Christian Living and our second location we’re building-Citrus Village. Upland Manor opened its doors on July 16, 1972. It’s amazing that it’s 53 years later and countless seniors’ lives have been transformed! 💕😄

🇺🇸Thank you to our generous sponsor McCoy Recycling for sponsoring our wonderful Fourth of July celebration, July birthday lunch and talent show. It was a blast! McCoy Recycling has supported this event for the third year in a row. We are incredibly grateful to Ken McCoy, owner and CEO, and to his amazing team. Their continued generosity reflects a true heart for our seniors and our mission: to help seniors thrive by addressing food insecurity, reducing social isolation, and providing fair-priced housing.

The celebration featured some of our talented seniors sharing their gifts:

🥳Join us on Saturday August 16 at 6:30 pm for Connect Senior Services’ Fourth Annual Gala Fundraiser “Unmasking Hope”, where we invite you to immerse yourself and indulge in a delightful masquerade ball evening of fine food and exciting musical performances.

Don’t miss the chance to participate in our raffle and silent auctions, brimming with a wide array of extraordinary items. We’ll also have a Photo Booth on-site to capture all the memorable moments! By attending this event, you’ll be supporting Connect Senior Services and their mission to create transformative experiences for seniors through fostering connection, joy, and faith. We will have our Gala at the at 555 W. Foothill Blvd., Claremont, CA 91711. While this is a fundraiser for our seniors, the whole community of all ages comes out for the event! 🎉We are blessed with the support of our amazing sponsors. Our ministry partner and sponsor Natali S. Garcia, M.Ed .ig30 has blessed us tremendously ever since she heard about Connect Senior Services. We thank her for her generosity and friendship! She sponsored bingo and did a mental health talk which was very helpful and informative on overcoming grief and loss. She brought important resources she prepared and brochures from Samaritan Counseling Center too where she works at the Beams program. She also brought cute chapstick holder souvenirs. Afterwards Natali played bingo with our wonderful seniors and it was a memorable time. It was a fun event and we appreciate her partnership with our mission to help seniors thrive! Natali is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist and Behavior Specialist. She does important work for so many lives everyday! We are excited to continue partnering with Natali. 😊

This includes fathers with biological children, adopted or spiritual children, and those who have been father figures such as uncles, mentors, and pastors. Fathers and father figures reflect the love and kindness of our Father God. We appreciate your dedication.

You all play an important role in raising God’s children and it doesn’t go unnoticed.
