Connect Senior Services We believe in the power of connection, joy, and faith to transform lives. We offer competitively priced apartments for anyone 55 years or older.

We provide opportunities for seniors to experience these through a thriving community that provides housing, events, dining and need based services. We are a premier independent Christian senior living community, located in the heart of Upland, Ca. As part of the Brethren in Christ Church, we look to provide an inviting, loving community where we provide a holistic living experience that focuses on both body and soul. The Upland Manor home to 50 apartments ranging from studios to 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom units. Additionally, we have a host of free and low cost amenities, which provide comfort and care for our residents. Our community is centrally located in the heart of Southern California. We are conveniently located roughly thirty minutes from the wonderful mountain communities, Knotts Berry Farm and Walt Disney Theme Parks. We are also about an hour from the beach and the desert. Community Connections: Upland-Foothill Kiwanis
We’re excited to share that Connect Senior Services was awarded a $500 grant from Upland-Foothill Kiwanis to support the continued development of our second community, Citrus Village. We are thankful for their generosity. We also had the pleasure of hosting a July Kiwanis meeting at Upland Manor. It was a privilege to have our resident Suzanne share how living at our community has been life-changing. 😊🥳
