But today, it's not just about my doors opening, it's about so much more 💕

I celebrate the entire month because
so many milestones happened during February:

▪️February 2019 - SBG doors opened in Upland

This month is a reflection of the love I have for myself for taking a chance on myself.

The love my family has for me for believing in me.

Being in the field of self-care, it is so important to me to practice what I preach. It is important that I take care of myself physically, mentally, and spiritually. It helps me show up fully for others in my personal and work life. Making time to take care of me helps prevent burnout and stress, maintains a healthy work-life balance, and helps me refocus 💗
