Position Overview:
We are currently seeking caring and reliable individuals to join our team as Caregivers and Sitters. As a caregiver or sitter with Azure Plus, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing compassionate assistance and companionship.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including grooming, bathing, and dressing
Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and outings as needed
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Document care provided and any changes in client condition
Qualifications:
Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field preferred
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must pass background check and drug screening
