20+ years Pilates/Yoga experience and Stott/Balanced Body certified. Our facility houses a number of different ways to get a total body workout, including Stott Reformers, one rehabilitation reformer, TRX straps, Hammocks, Resist-A-Balls, etc. We strive to create a safe and serene environment for those who need rehabilitation services, strength training, or just a good whole body/mind workout. Group, private, and semi-private sessions are available.* Prices vary depending on type of session.

*All new clients are required to have at least ONE private session when first coming in. This is to ensure that we can assess you properly and without the distraction of a group setting. Once assessed, we will give you our recommendations on what type of workout setting would be best for you.

As business continues to grow, I am looking to add one or two new instructors to teach and use the studio on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, ad Sundays. Must be able to bring in own clientele and have 2+ years of experience instructing. Must also be certified in Pilates/Yoga.

There will be be a daily fee for using the studio on the days specified. More details when contacted. There will also be an assessment by me where you will "instruct" me during a small workout.
