Here are a few things to watch for:

🔹 Pitting or dimpling can be linked to psoriasis or thyroid conditions.
🔹 Spoon-shaped nails may suggest iron-deficiency anemia or excess iron.
🔹 Dark vertical streaks under the nail could signal melanoma.
