Just a friendly reminder to take care of yourself. Our bodies tend to let us know in big ways when we don’t take care of ourselves.

I know often we are taking care of children, parents or sometimes, both! But if we aren’t taking care of ourselves, we can’t give anyone our best.

Make time for yourself! Whether that’s through diet, exercise, sleep, meditation— there are so many options! It doesn’t have to be all or nothing either. 5-10 minutes here or there can be a great way to start!

Many women think it’s only for postpartum recovery but that’s not true! Pelvic floor therapy can help if you’re experiencing:
