On Tuesday, we celebrated our incredible team at the Foundations Group Recovery Centers Ohio Annual Holiday Dinner at Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse in Columbus — and what a year it has been.

2025 marked record milestones for our Ohio facility, a testament to the dedication, compassion, and hard work of our staff. We couldn’t be prouder of the community we’ve built and the impact we’ve made together.

Meet Carl Innes, CDCA — Foundations Group Recovery Centers Ohio

Carl moved from Michigan to Ohio for treatment five years ago (he tried to sneak a “Go Blue” in this video, but we edited it out) and decided to make it home.
