Mindfulness and Wellbeing, LLC was founded in 2013 by Jane Mayers and Jean Meier. We’re enthusiastic about sharing the benefits of our many years of practice with mindfulness meditation and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) developed by Marshal Rosenberg. We lead Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses, mindfulness workshops and free retreats. We also look forward to networking with other mindfulness teachers and developing workshops targeted to your individual or organization needs. Coming soon: a directory of MBSR courses in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey area plus resources to support your developing mindfulness practice in everyday life.
