My Story
The ancient practice of yoga has transformed my life. I am now the boss of my own happiness and yoga is a huge part of that. The pose above is the most advanced there is, a peaceful mind. This practice is time tested over thousands of years, yet more and more scientific and medical studies are proving itās value to human physical, physiological and mental/emotional health with modern empirical evidence. You can practice as long as you are conscious and breathing. You can do it at home with no special equipment.
