One minute. ⌛ That’s the goal I’ve set for my Isometric Leg Hold.
Today required a two-a-day—one session for strength and one for conditioning. Why? Because the goals we set in our minds require a foundation built by our bodies.
Am I sore? My abs would say yes. 😅
But that soreness is just a data point. It tells me that I’m pushing past my current ceiling and building the resilience I need to hit that 60-second mark.
In wellness (and in life), you don’t get the result without the “hold.” You have to be willing to stay in the uncomfortable tension long enough to get stronger.
